Our event falls between the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival and Stagecoach Music Festival. Planning staff asks that you avoid arriving earlier than 4:00 PM to check in to allow the hotel to flip all rooms properly.

Hotel Deposit Policy:
Please be advised we require a 100%, Non-Refundable deposit for all guest room reservations. This deposit will be taken by the hotel at the time of your room booking. No refunds will be given if the reservation is canceled at any time. While we acknowledge this reservation policy is strict, please understand that in the past, the Almond Alliance has been charged for all canceled guest rooms.
