Employer requirements and government programs can be difficult to navigate. The Almond Alliance helps members stay informed about workplace safety, labor law, and other compliance issues affecting businesses. When relevant programs or educational opportunities are available, we share the information members need to understand the requirements, deadlines, and the next steps.

Employment laws are complex and constantly changing. Through the Almond Alliance’s partnership with Henderson Arreola, members receive up to 30 minutes of legal consultation annually on matters related to employer laws. Members also receive timely legal updates and informational articles. This benefit gives members a trusted starting point when legal or compliance questions arise and helps businesses identify potential concerns before they become larger problems.

Almond Alliance events bring members together year-round to stay informed, build relationships, and remain engaged with the industry.
