TURLOCK – The Almond Alliance congratulates board member Dick Cunningham, who has been conferred with the 2023 Almond Achievement Award by the Almond Board of California during this year’s Almond Conference.

Hailing from Hughson, Cunningham, a grower and huller-sheller owner, has been an unwavering champion for the almond industry. His extensive experience and passionate advocacy have played a pivotal role in raising awareness of the unique challenges and opportunities within the sector.
Presently serving as the Chief Financial Officer of the Almond Alliance and as the Chair of the Almond PAC, Cunningham continues to contribute his expertise and leadership towards the industry’s growth and resilience.
The Almond Achievement Award, established in 2011, is bestowed upon individuals who have added significant value through their long-term service for the betterment of the California almond industry. Recipients like Cunningham exemplify sustained and direct involvement, showcasing a lasting impact on the California almond industry.
